Online via Zoom

Online therapy works in a very similar way to face to face. Sessions are held over zoom and I offer the same therapeutic relationship as I offer in person. I have found that online therapy sessions work well and provide clients with the option of therapy at home.

Face To Face

Some clients find the process of therapy works better for them when we meet in person. There is always the option of mixing in-person and online therapy, essentially whatever works best for you.

I work from a garden room that offers a calm and peaceful space for clients to explore their concerns.


There are clients who prefer to have their sessions over the phone and this can be an effective method of offering therapy if online or in-person is not an available option.


I work with clients offering short-term counselling or more long-term psychotherapy. Some clients find short-term therapy meets their needs and are able to resolve issues within a shorter time frame. Other clients are looking to explore and work through more deep-seated issues and find longer-term therapy more suitable.

Individual therapy: £40: 60-minute session.

Couples: £50: 60-minutes session.
